Erica Ravenna Gallery is dedicated to the valorization of the work of artists who, from the post-World War II period to the present, have represented crucial junctures in contemporary artistic research, in the Italian and international spheres. Its curatorial line is based on a rigorous and constant reflection around the essentiality of visual language, privileging practices related to sign, word and writing.
The exhibitions engage with minimal forms and conceptual processes, in which formal rigor becomes a tool for critical and poetic questioning. Interest in memory, the archive and classification systems runs through the exhibition programming, fostering layered, nonlinear readings of the artwork.

In continuity with this direction, the program delved into the relationship between art and communication, exploring the semantic and semiotic mechanisms of image and word. Special attention was paid to artistic practices that, since the 1970s, have questioned dominant cultural codes and affirmed, through new languages, the centrality of the feminine cognitive and symbolic universe.
